Non profit ticket donation policy

The MVE sets aside tickets for it's Annual Show and Christmas Show to be used by Non-profit Organizations for fundraising purposes.

Organizations with MVE member ties will have priority over other groups (but not to their exclusion) 

Non-profit organizations must request tickets on their official letterhead, and provide the MVE with their Federal or State non-profit status number. An explanation of the use of the tickets is also required (i.e. raffle, auction, donor premium item.) Send requests to:

Non-profit organization agrees to display 8 ½ x 11 MVE poster and brochures on silent auction tables, and any published materials will use MVE provided language. 

Gift certificates, not hard tickets will be issued, redeemable at the will call window prior to the show. Certificate holders must call and reserve seats at least 48 hours prior to the performance. Tickets not picked up before 15 minutes to Showtime may be sold to the general public.

• Tickets will be reserved out of the medium price ticket range.
• Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• There is a limit of 4 tickets per year, per Non-profit organization.
