Midwest Vocal Express has built a reputation for “Storytelling Through Song,”connecting the singers with the audience.  Midwest Vocal Express is a part of the Barbershop Harmony Society and performs a wide variety of music including popular, traditional and show tunes. In 2012, for the13th time, the chorus will represent Wisconsin at the International Chorus Contest in Portland, OR. 

 "You don't need a lot of experience or know how to read music.  The only requirement is that you enjoy singing, fun, and fellowship.  This is a great hobby for fathers and sons to share.  We want men to enjoy the thrill of ringing a chord, which takes a combination of talent, positive attitude, and desire." - Interim Music Director Josh Umhoefer

MVE "sings for its supper" at Historic Downtown Greendale's Harmony Inn

Harmony You Can Taste! Known for “Storytelling through Song,” See the life-size photo (28 feet long!) of Wisconsin's largest chapter, and scenes from their innovative stage productions on display in their special room at the restaurant. Quartets often show up to spontaneously perform at the restaurant, adding live music and fun to your meal.
