Midwest Vocal Express is supported in part by a grant from

Now is a perfect time to become a member of
Midwest Vocal Express. We are just starting
to learn the songs for our "Christmas
Memories" shows in
December.
Midwest Vocal Express Holds
Open Auditions
(Greendale, WI) — If you like
to sing, males of all ages are invited to
visit Midwest Vocal Express male a cappella
chorus rehearsal.
Guests will be invited to join in singing
harmony with the chorus and begin the
process to become a member. In preparing
for the annual Midwest Vocal Express Holiday
show, the chorus is looking to audition new
voices for the chorus.
We ask the guests do a
preliminary audition for the correct singing
part (i.e. tenor, bass, etc.) and then sing
the rehearsal with the chorus. The
final audition will be done as the guest
masters one of the repertory songs performed
by the chorus.
Annually the chorus competes
in national and local contests, performs at
shows and sings the national anthem for the
Milwaukee Brewers, Bucks and Wave.
"You don't have to have a lot of experience
or know how to read music,” said Music
Director Grant Wilson. The chorus meets at
7 pm in Greendale at St Luke’s Lutheran
Church (6705 Northway).
